Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. New clients must fill a client history form before first appointment.
If you have any medical changes since your last appointment, please let the therapist know prior to your treatment.

This allows the opportunity
for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give
us 24 hours in advance notice
you will be charge a $20 cancellation or no show fee. Please remember that the therapists come in just for your appointments.
